Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if your subscription cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable
Subscriptions that have been activated and successfully used are non-refundable. Manual Bitcoin payments are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
